כַּאֲשֶׁר֩ מְרִיתֶ֨ם פִּ֜י בְּמִדְבַּר־צִ֗ן בִּמְרִיבַת֙ הָֽעֵדָ֔ה לְהַקְדִּישֵׁ֥נִי בַמַּ֖יִם לְעֵינֵיהֶ֑ם הֵ֛ם מֵֽי־מְרִיבַ֥ת קָדֵ֖שׁ מִדְבַּר־צִֽן׃ (פ)
sapagkat sinuway ninyo ang Aking utos sa ilang ng Zin, nang makipagtalo ang kapisanan, na Ako'y pakabanalin ninyo sa pamamagitan ng tubig sa harap ng kanilang mga mata.” Ito ang tubig ng Meriba sa Kedes, sa ilang ng Zin.

because you were disobedient against My Word in the desert of Zin, in the congregation at the Waters of Strife, to sanctify Me at the waters in their sight: these are the Waters of Strife in the desert of Zin.
